flickering

Default flickering
have a 96 seville sls with some interior and headlight flickering issues the battery volts jump between 14.1 to 13.4 any suggestions

Remove and clean all grounds. The ones from the engine can come loose. Most battery connections on Delco side post batteries work loose at the battery.
