First off I wanna say hi this is my first post. Anyway I have a 01 deville with 170k on the clock. My battery light and service charging system lights are on. I have changed the battery and alternator but no change. its charging at 14.9 volts and I have even disct the battery for over a week but still the lights are on. The car has no plates/insurance so im not driving it till I can fix this. Can anyone give me some advice? Besides a match-LOL
