Also, the problem is on both the drivers and the passengers side controls.

 

You could go by dealer and check for any open recalls or special policies that apply to your car. My guess is the problem is in the control since the cooler button doesn't work. Dealer would have to give you P/N since it would need to be ordered by VIN. You could get number of the back of original and try to find used one with same number.

hi i have a 2008 Cadillac CTs and every time i get in my car in the morning its completely frozen inside and every window is closed i don't know if its the thermal-stat or maybe something wrong with one of the windows do you guys maybe have any idea what it is so i can check it out to see if its that or not.
