I noticed the my car only dies when i play my stereo system. could it be from the bass making the fuel pump to act faulty? or maybe the alternator going bad. I can hear the fuel pump kick on when I turn the key on so wouldn't that mean its working fine? thanks guy's.

 

if THAT is the case, there is NOTHING wrong with the car. You need to have the stereo rewired to its own circuit and not spliced into one of the car basic circuits.

I took my car to a local repair shop because my car was still dieing and they couldn't tell me anything because it didn't act up while they had it. the only codes they pulled up were po603,p1520,p1527 and the said none of those codes would cause the car to die at stoplight. I dont know where or who to trust to fix this problem. What do you guys think? thanks for all your input.
