cadilatic converter

I just got a 2001 northstar out of a deville>I would like to put it into a rod will the original computor work without a convitor?

It probably wont start - Theft Deterrent - without using a lot more parts from car. No cat should not be a problem, there are companies out there who make computer wiring and programming for what you want to due.
