One hot day in Aug the blower Went on MAX for 4-5 min then stopped. I could smell a faint of more chemical then electrical (short) a couple of seconds. I cheked fuses -OK, demounted the blower and had it checked. They said it was shorted? the Cables got hot and nothing happened to the blower. I bought a replacement blower TYC 700108 HVAC blower motor., put it in Place started the Engine but the blower didnīt work. The panel with buttons Auto, Econ , Hi , Lo seems to be OK at least the lights in them.
Anyone got a clue of where I should look for a solution?
