Hello, I have a 2002 ESCALADE that I just purchased. The heat wasn't blowing out the defrost or floor, just the vents. They replaced the actuator but it still only coming out the vents. They claim that it needs to be programmed. I have a manual control panel, not the digital one. Is this true? That it had to be programmed to work correctly. Someone help, I feel I'm getting the run around there.
