antifreeze smell - 2006 CTS

Hi all, I'm hoping to get some feedback from the group - I've been noticing an anti-freeze smell in the car now that I use the heat more in the winter - there are no engine lights or pools of liquid under the car - but it is definitely the smell of antifreeze - the car only has 30K miles on it and is still under warranty - any thoughts on what could be the cause? is this serious? what could/should the dealer do?

if you havent added any coolant recently and suddenly you are getting the smell, you got yourself a LEAK!

nothing under the car? better check under the dash, carpets .. and fast.
