AC not blowing cold on 2000 DeVille. System has full charge. Compressor clutch not engaging. Want to change out the hi pressure switch, but need help locating. I don't see it under the hood, is it located under the car? How can I test the switch, or can I jump two wires to see if the compressor clutch engages?

i think there is trouble with the compressors, please check that
