I recently changed my front end struts with a passive system from Strutmasters(do not use them) my problem is that the front right strut binds and clunks while turning. I had them send me a replacement one after many calls and a huge game of phone tag once again I had the replacement put on and it is also binding and the strut sleeve is now torn and is wet from oil. I had someone turn the wheel and what I saw was the coil turns and binds, then releases and creates the "clunk".My question is what causes the binding, is something to loose or too tight or do i just have s#$^! PARTS. I figure I am probably going to have to just start over and get whole new sets from else where. Any ideas or advice?
