Default 98 STS Battery Drain Key Off

I will give you just a brief history before current issue. Since I purchased this vehicle I have had the following issues; Driver's side air blows cold, Passenger side air blows warm, Rear air (located in the back of the front middle console) blows warm, Rear air has very low pressure, Sliding the rear air fan switch back and forth does not change fan speed, Changing the air temperature on either the driver or passenger side does not affect air temerature, Passenger heated seat does not work on Hi or Low, Front left white parking light (not sure what name it is reffered to as) does not come on even with new bulb.

Diagnostic Codes:
B1341 - Current
B1343 - Current
B1009 - Current

My current issue has to due with my loss of power. From a fully charged running state, when the car is shut off it slowly (sometimes not so slowly) is drained of all of it's power.

The car has had no issue being jumped and running completely fine and the battery takes the charge to full. While the car is running I have no issues with anything (other than what has been previously stated above which existed before this issue) and according to the OBD and a multimeter the battery reads 14v. When the car is initially turned off the battery reads 12v but then the battery starts it's decline in power.

I have checked all of the fuses for any that may be blown, checked for lights that may be on, buttons stuck in and checked the condition of the battery, cables and terminals.

I guess I am looking for some more ideas, maybe someone with more experience or someone who has gone through this already.

Any help with any of the above especialy my current situation is very much appreciated, thank you.
