Default 98 Seville Caliper Hung Up

Myleftrear caliper is hung up after using the e-brake the first time ever. It's been hung for over a week and I'm trying to change the rear pads. The right side I had no problem, the left side on the other hand.. I can't get the piston turned back in, it's like froze or something. Do I need a new caliper or is there a way to get that piston back in? I've been tryin to get it with a brake square.. don't know what else to try
Thanks!

Look for a bleeder on the caliper open that then turn it in. Other words you need a new one

Hmm i didntsee the E-brake part, if i remember right theres something mechanical on the rear calipers but very little for that E-brake. I could be wrong though, does it seem to have anything mechanically holding the piston out?

I unhooked the parking brake cable from the notch.. I unhooked the brake line too.

ok well hows the cable look? is the plastic liner on it all bubbly? As for the caliper there should be something that cable hooked onto in order to force the piston out for the E- brake.

I just took the caliper off the car and brought it in the house.. starting to get dark out... everything looked good when I took the wheel off the car. I took the spring and bolt off the caliper that looks like it works the e-brake. There is a piece of metal that the e-brake cable was hooked to, I couldnt move it with the spring still attached. It moves now (rusted pretty bad)with pliers but still no luck on the piston going in.
