96 Deville. ABS and TRACTION warning lights

Default 96 Deville. ABS and TRACTION warning lights
I failed VA state inspection because the 2 warning lights are on, I read up on the 2 systems, they are linked. I checked all 4 wheel sensors and they are good. they've been on for a while and im not sure where to look next. any help will be much appreciated.

ABS and TCS are tied together. Use on-board and post code(s), Press off and warmer on A/C control head codes will display on DIC.
