94 fleetwood brougham bleed cooling system?

Default 94 fleetwood brougham bleed cooling system?
Replaced thermostat and now feels like no coolant flowing thru upper or lower hoses and let get hot kept overflow up on coolant but no change wondering if i need to "bleed" system?
