So here is the problem(s). I have a 94 base deville. My rear lights have not been working correctly. The turn signal light for either side does not work, but when the hazards are on the light does flash on the drivers side only. The rear lights do come on though. When I press the brake pedal the pedestal light in the window lights but neither of the rear lights do. I have checked & replaced bulbs. I have also noticed that the lights on the drivers side are brighter than the passenger side(both the front & the rear). Any ideas of the cause or how to repair???

 

I had a similar problem,check for broken wires in the trunk where the arms of the trunk lid goes into the material of the trunk itself,use a flashlight so you don't miss it( I missed it the first time and found it after 40 hours of tearing apart my car in the hot sun) I found 3 broken wires on the drivers side.
