The car is great with 80K miles. I bought it with a bad head unit, and am ready to get if fixed or replace it. The clock works, but nothing else. Not sure about the power antenna either.

Any ideas? Aftermarket references? Troubleshooting tips?

head unit i think you are referring to the radio. do you know if there is power to the radio? pwr wire, fuse (s), etc. is it a bose system? if not a bose, then id probobly replace with after market system of your liking.
