I have an opportunity to purchase a low mileage 1991 Eldorado "Touring Coupe". Does anyone have any info on problem areas I should look at before buying?

I know it says "service CCR" but then they all do that at some point or another. It has 69,000 miles on it. I really didn't think the "service CCR" message was supposed to come on until around 100K?
