91 Cadillac fleetwood a/c R12 to R134 conversion

Default 91 Cadillac fleetwood a/c R12 to R134 conversion
I have a 1991 Cadillac fleetwood that has the old R 12 a/c system. How would I go about converting that over to R134 system?
