Default 90 Deville stalling

Filled the tank and put some dry gas in, but the engine still stalls. No new codes. Stalling occurs at any time without warning. It seems as if the engine just cuts out.
ECM parameters all seem good. But I noticed when I do th ECM override for the ISC motor with cooler button (engine on) (ISC is supposed to retact to base idle) the engine stalls.
Does this mean the ISC motor is bad ? or something else?
Is there any other way to test the ISC or the cam sensor(hall switch) on the car?
How difficult is it to get to the cam sensor switch? Does the distributor shaft have to be pulled?

Default RE: 90 Deville stalling

Stalling at base idle usually means either the base idle is too low or more common, the intake needs cleaned of deposits. Did you research the crank angle sensor threads?
