Well I turn the key, and nothing first couple times you may hear a faint metallic click but then it wont do it anymore. No security lights or anything when I try to start. If I jump the solonoid it'll turn right over and work from the key sometimes after that. What do ya'll think, could it be the starter?

It got a new one in march, and still does this with a jump box attached. I should be specific you get electrical power otherwise, byt lights I mean like a corvette would have a security light come on if it was a Vats problem.

nothing wrong with starter
nothing wrong with battery

so what's between battery and starter? VATS and theft deterrent.

start with the most likely and cheapest .. try another key and hope its the pellet that lost it.
then the key lock cylinder
after that, the wiring between the key and the module.
after that, theft deterrent system
