81 codes 30 27 help
The problem of stalling is usally not related to these codes unless your idle screw is set too low. Engine stall problems are usually caused by poor connection in the black and yellow signal wire between the fuse block and the ECU, poor connection in the wiring or on the body of the engine coolant temp. sensor, also check EGR wiring and function.
You might check a dictionary, could help. I still dont see year and type of car in profile. We are here for free, to help. So, Information is most important to get to the bottom of a problem. I think I'll let someone else help further.
Hey Harley: Was looking under Deville when I responded to your question, so now that I know it's an Eldo the reference wires that you will be looking for are Red/Black or Purple/ white. I noticed that you were also questioning your fuel pressure, when I changed the fuel pump on my 81 Fleet. it made a big difference. Got ahold of a Turbo pump which is supposed to be better than OEM<. Hope this helps. Have you investigated your pickup coil and distributor module??
