I'm trying to setup hands free. Holding the phone button down for until it says ready...I say bluetooth and it wants to know what number I want to call. I need to pair my phone and the bluetooth but it won't say bluetooth ready. Any suggestions?

Have you tried contacting our Infotainment team at 855-428-3669 and speaking with one of our specialists? They are our experts on the CUE and are open from 8am to 10pm EST, seven days a week.
