2002 Elderado heating issues

when thecar tries to heat , the drivers side comes out hot andpassenger side comes out cold. I think it may be the dampner motor. Is there a fuse or rely that i can check? or any other ideas to why this is happening?

My 2000 ETC has started doing the same thing. The heat will also turn on by itself, even with the system turned off and the inside temp set to 69.
