I just bought a 98 seville and there were problems from the start white smoke coming from exhaust took it to the shop they say i need a whole new engine. Here is the problem. i have a new engine in and getting the same problems. rough idle only at start now, white smoke puffing out the exhaust ,and this is probably a separate issue when slow and turn the wheel left it seems the car raises up a little
any help would be appreciated thank you

 

Sounds to me you have a head gasket problem. You sure they gave you a new motor?

 

you have water in the exhaust pipe from last motor take it down highway 4 a good ride try out mufflers you might have a brokenmotor mount

 

did you get a motor from the salvage yard ?
