1997 Cadillac Eldorado Window Power gone

1997 Cadillac Eldorado Window Power gone

Both windows are now not working. Is the switch and motor inside the door panel. My mechanic can't give me an estimate. Should I try another mechanic.

if he cant give you an estimate, then yes. check your fuses. and yes, the regulators and whatnnot should be in the door

Service engine light

My service engine light is on but I can't read it when plugged into port. The computer is good and blank.
