P1350= Ignition Control(IC) System
This is an issue with the ignition control module wiring/voltage/grounds...it's kind of generic, but it requires testing all of the inputs/outputs of the module.

P1375= Ignition Control Module 24x reference circuit high voltage.
This has to do with the 24x reference signal at a high logic condition. Most likely a problem with either of the crank sensors(A or B), or possibly a short to voltage of the 24x signal. I would focus on this code first, as it could possibly set the 1350 code.

The other codes you show have nothing to do with whether or not the car will pass emissions inspections, such as the instrument panel, or A/C codes.
For instance:
IP1910= Generator(alternator) "L" terminal open circuit. This could be a problem with the wiring between the alt and the Instrument panel, or the panel itself. The code basically sets if the panel module does not "see" voltage from the alt. GM has a ton of problems with the instrument panels, so....

Anyway, I think you should check into the crank sensors/wiring to take care of the engine codes, and then it should pass inspection.
