1990 and 1991 cadillac deville cars which to buy?

I want to buy a cadillac deville and have my eyes set on two. I need help knowing which one would be a better buy assuming all information is accurate?

the first car is a 1990 cadillac deville sedan and has 149,000 and was taken care of with constant oil changes and only 2 owners. Has the 4.5 engine in it and the problem is the fuel lines have rotted out so i would need to fix this. It is literally at an auto shop by the owner because they had 2 vehicles and didn't want to put any more into the car and it seems to be in good shape other than that according to the mechanic holding the car. this car is also only 30 minutes from me so having it transported is easy enough. car is 1000$

The second is a 1991 cadillac deville touring sedan with the same motor 4.5 L. 44,000 miles on the car. Runs and drives but needs tires and brake lines done, seller also mentions that they think it needs a tune up because they assume it is misfiring. 1300$ and price is negotiable but they live an hour and a half away. Was told this car has been sitting so this is what worries me.

I have never owned a 1990's cadillac as i have owned a 2002 Cadillac Deville which i liked alright but really want one of these too.

What are thoughts on the longevity of a 4.5 engine and what car sounds best out of these two? any information is appreciated.

 

The 1991 should be a 4.9 liter engine, the 4.5 is a good engine, but the 4.9 is better, I would go for the 91, they
are very able to go into the 200,000 mile range, I have owned 3 4.9's in the past.
