[Eldorado ETC Northstar 1994] : Another Heat Addict...
Hello All
it's been a while since I did not come here.
For history, I am from France and my English/US is approximate.
First of all... I read what was said about GM Northstar Engine overheat (post by Stealth) : https://www.cadillacforum.com/forum/...c-others-2445/
I will try to explain my problem.
New Parts on the system:
- new waterpump
- new radiator (not an AC DELCO)
- new High Radiator hose
- new low Radiator hose
- new thermostat removed and replaced by former because i had doubts about it : ....even though symptoms...
What is wrong ?
When I drain the coolant, by the radiator valve, I remove/take only 5 liters of liquid coolant.
Only 5 liters on the 10-11 liters capacity ?
Later, when I filled, it is the same : 5 liters...
What can I do to drain all my coolant from the Northstar ?
Because I want to make a good flush/drain of it !
Please, If someone can explain me ...
I love this Cad but "she" make me crazy with that coolant mystery...
