Default Crank shaft pulley

My 94 fleetwood has been making a squiling during the first 5 min when i start my car. It sounds like i have some rats or squirls in my engine. I thought that it could be one of the pulleys, so i took off the serpintine belt to see if the noise would stop. But it didnt, so i thought it could be the water pump so i used my stethiscope to hear the water pump but the noise wasent coming from water pump, it seems its coming from the pully at the end of the crank shaft. My question is is this just a pulley or is it the harmonic balancer? and how do i replace it? thanks oh and the car has about 124k miles on it.

Unbolt pulley and find out. Takes a special puller to properly remove hub from crankshaft.
