RE: air suspension
The level ride sensor is above the passsenger side rear suspension. Disconnect the sensor link that attaches to the lower A frame ( pops off with a large screw driver) and with key on, car off, raise that link up. Within 30 seconds you should hear the under hood pump run and watch your shocks inflate. If not then you need to confirm voltage is present at the plug on the sensor. If voltage is present then, yes, replace the sensor. Tires rubbing? you must have wider than stock wheels. There is also a air filler port on the pump itself. You can add up to approx 75 LB and verify the air lines are holding. Do you ever see the green level ride light in the info center??

RE: air suspension
If the green light came on, then the sensor and supply pumpare probably OK. I think you have an air line leak. Did you install factory DELCO shocks? Your wheels are wider than the factory wheels, thats why they rub. The rear suspension is designed to always have at least 20 LB in the shocks.
