Hello Everyone,

I'm hearing this VERY pronounced "whining" noise when I start the car. And it continues as I drive down the highway. It responds to the raising and lowering of the RPMs. My friend thought I had a performance blower or something under the hood. I'm very worried about this issue.

Any help would be ideal, as the budgetary restrictions are many during this time of year.
