Default STS NAVIGATION SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONS
Our 2005 STS Navigation System has mislocated vehicle and/or given erroneous directions many times and Cadillac service have tried to correct 4 times without success. Cadillac headquarters have decided system is operating "as designed" (!) and referred us to BBB arbitration. Any others have problems?
