Does anyone know where the "service parts identification plate" is located on the 2005 sts?

Try these areas:
Spare tire cover or spare tire well
Pass front door jamb
Glove box

Sometimes they get removed, especially when located on the spare tire cover. It could be anywhere on the car, but those are the most common spots. I have seen them on the cars firewall before!

Dealer parts dept should be able to print you a page with the RPOs. They would need VIN. As far as I know replacement SPID labels are not available. SPID label should be in trunk, in locations already suggested.
