I just purchased 1999 cadillac seville sts.

Took it to the car detailing (engine wash ) I dorve back.

After that won't start.

It shows serurity light on dash.

Can anyone help me. I have no i dea whats wrong. Is it computer front of the car??

If anyone could help me I am willing to pay for your service. I am in flushing queens, NY.

 

they did not properly cover the electronics.
you got some items that dont take pressure washing well, including some connectors.

open the hood into the sun, take a hair drier to the coils and whatever connectors you can warm up.

see what happens then .. if she starts, run it for a long long time, nice and really hot.

the security light is on? flashing?
that hints to the ignition / key.
what did they do there?

Does engine turn over or nothing? Was "Service Engine Soon" or "check engine" light on before car would not start? If light was on post code(s).

 

it cranks, no code, just security light comes on.

 

Check fuel pressure and for spark at 2 plug wires from different coils.
