Default Braking issue?? Any Advice?

I have a 2006 STS V8, 26000 miles. Recenlty I have noticed an issue when I take my foot of the gas pedal. My car feels like the brakes are being slightly applied, in long pulses. It is very light and soft, and I dont notice any drastic "jerks." Also the car does not drastically slow down. Any thoughts?

any codes? lights? etc?

if you have on-star, possibly they could scan for you. plus you are still under mfg warranty....

No lights have went off, no issues through onstar.

I had issues with my car "chugging" (slight shudder) at low constant speeds a couple weeks ago. Brought it into the dealership and I believe they did some work on the torque converter and flashed the transmission.

Since I recieve the car back I have been noticing this most recent issue.
