Default Another burned out bulb

I have another bulb go out on me. This time it's the license plate bulb. I could take it to the dealer for them to to fix but I'm sick of going back there. If it's easy enough I'll do it myself. They did the fog lamp 2 weeks ago. How do I get to the bulb. Looks like maybe the gray felt trunk liner must be removed? It's a 2007 STS with 7,000 miles.

Eddiek....gee its under warranty.... how 'bout next oil change get-er-done.......
though, its a pretty easy job to do. i would think the liner can be moved enough to enter where the bulb is, without it being total removed

Just remove trunk liner and twist socket to remove.

Thanks guys. By the way I still do my own oil changes. Stricly Mobil 1. Kids get me gift cards from local auto parts store. I still like to get my hands dirty.
