How do i connect my air bag if it is diconnected??? my display is reading SERVICE AIR BAG.. and my air bag light indicator is on.

 

Did you take your steering wheel off?? If so did you drive with it off or turn the steering wheel at all? Reason is there is a coil behind the steering wheel and you can not turn it past 1/4 turn or it will uncoil and you will need a new coil pack. Even if the bag is reconnected it will still indicate service air bag system.

i recently replaced transmission. i am not sure if that has anything to do with that.
