94 sts no PCM data I need the PCM data

Hi I would like to know if theres any way to get the data of any file MP3, OGG, etc in the PCM format with FMOD. I want to make a program to convert audio files to a custom audio format so I need the PCM data.Thanks.

What are you trying to do? Some scanners will read data and allow it to be loaded on to a pc however, they cost over 2k.
