Coast in neutral?

Coast in neutral?
Love, love, LOVE our SRX. Don't love the 11.7 MPG so much though...Any thoughts on whether coasting in neutral would hurt the transmission? I know it's not much, but we're in a fairly hilly area, with lots of good 1-2 mile slight descents.
