I have a 89 seville 4.5l I bought the car at a auction and it needed a steerng column , so I put it in and went to start it and it will not crank at all. I'm gettig this message that reads starting system disabled , remove key and wait 3 minutes. Oh and the security light is flashing on the dash. I wait the 3 minutes and the same thing all-over again. Do I have to get the security system reset because it's a different key now. it's a key with a plug in it. Thanks!!!
