Default Programming Control to open car

Is there a way I can program my two new remotes that I bought without having to bring it to the dealer? Is there a procedure for that? thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Use the scroll key to move up and down. There is a procedure for every Cadillac ever made with a remote.

Yes, thanks Katzmans Caddy, I saw after I had posted, I really appreciate your help, but it seems that I have to take it to the dealer since I need a Tech II tool for this particular car and I was thinking of buying it but it costs over 3000 so I will just have to deal with the dealer for this problem. Thanks a lot once again.
