Need urgent help with overheating 96 seville!

It says all here, just i posted it in the wrong place, if you could read it and give me some advice id be very thankful!
But heres the general problems
When I run a pressure test, it holds at 15 lbs but go down to like 10 after 15 minutes, it has a small drop coming from the engine (Not any hoses, or even back metal heater hoses I rerouted them with rubber hoses.) Also no heat coming from heater ac works fine (when refilling radiator I didnt run it with full heat on, should i refill and do that) Doesnt seem to have air bubble, i drove it around alot and kept checking radiator fluid and its always on top. I can drive it around the neighberhood, but when i hit freeway and 40mph+ it starts overheating.
Please help want my baby on the road!! haha
