This is probably a really stupid question: how do I change the bulbs in the front bumper turn signals? I got me some white ones to replace the amber color. My car is a 1990 Seville STS.

 

I don't know your car, in fact I have a Deville but generally you can reach the bulbs by lying on your back and slipping under the bumper. Parking bulbs are in a socket that twists one way and then you pull it out. There should be enough wire to allow you to take the socket in your hand and pull out the bulb so then all you do in push in the new bulb, crawl back under and push the socket in making sure the tabs line up in the correct spaces, twist until it clicks or stops. Done.
