hazard light button broke

hazard light button broke
i was wandering if anybody know how to turn off the hazard light when the red button switch wateva u kall is broken off and you kan see the screw i try 2 turn wit the the phillip head but it dnt work mines a 94 sts anyhelp wld be greatly appriacated
