The car is a '92 Seville. The blower died so I replaced it with a new one. Before actually installing it, I connected the power and turned on the air to make sure it turned. Everything was fine. I installed it and put everything back together and started the car expecting some cool breeze. Instead I got nothin. I checked all connections and every fuse I could find. None are blown. I used a test light on the actual fuse that is located in the panel on the driverside. It didn't light up so I removed the fuse and tested the contacts. Nothing. My neighbor said something about how it seems both wires to the fan are acting as grounds.

This was supposed to be so simple.

Start from square one again. Check ground connection so you know that it is clean, then check that you have 12 volts from power feed to blower. ORN WIRE. Then if that is good it may be your ECC power module as it controls the blower drive.

By ECC do you mean the fan control button on the dash?
