I'm having a few "small" problems with my car that I would like to have fixed but dont know how.

My car is a 1998 Seville and my first problem is the lights for my cell phone controls on steering wheels. The other side works, for the radio, but not the phone controls.

Also my problem is that on occasion my car wont start right away. When I turn the key I just hear a clicking sound. All the interior features work fine so its not a battery drain problem. If I just keep turning the key over and over again it will eventually start like there was never a problem. This usually only happens about once a week but am just waiting for the day that it all goes wrong.

Also one other problem just very recently started happening and I haven't even had the chance to begin to diagnose problems. I go to school at Wyotech and I get out of class at 2am. On occasion its cold out so I turn the heat on and about half the time it doesn't work. Could this be just a bad connection or what. I will more than likely be able to diagnose this problem very easily but just wanted to post in case anyone else had this problem and had something strange happen.
