97 Seville SLS problem
So tonight I got into my car to go to work. It been raining pretty bad all day and thought nothing of it until I noticed that my traction control and ABS lights were on when they normally arent. I tried to open my glovebox to turn off the traction control and the glove box seems to have locked itself. I made it to work in one piece and tried to open the glove box with the key. It still wont open. I dont know if anyones had this problem but my glove box had been working fine up until 2 hours ago. If someone knows what the issue is please help a Caddy out.

When that happened on my 92, all I could do was pry on the door till the latch popped. It was broken anyway. The latch assembly is removable but you aren't gonna find any place to buy a new one. You'll have to get a used one from a junkyard or ebay like I did. They go for $20-30.
Disclaimer: I do not advocate destroying your glove box door. Prying on mine to break the latch is just what I did to get mine open. You do what you feel is correct.
