Hi all, I recently purchased a '96 Seville. She runs very smoothly and for the most part is very clean. The main issue I'm having right now is a strange noise coming from the center console/gear shift. It's usually a quiet hum but occasionally when I'm driving it gets extremely loud and I can feel vibrations coming from the center console. It always goes away if I restart the car. Also, it doesn't happen when the car is cold. The car still runs and shifts smoothly while this is happeningso I don't think it's a transmission issue. Any thoughts? Any input is appreciated. Check blower for rear seat mounts in under console.
