When starting my '91 Seville, I get a message that states "starter disabled" and it makes me wait 3 minutes before trying to start her again. After the 3 minute wait, she'll start right up, but who wants to wait 3 minutes every time you start your car? Is there a way I can disable this "security" feature? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
