Wife just called from about 30 miles away, said she unlocked her 2000 Seville with remote 1 and the memory seat will not move. It's in the rear position. None of the buttons on the seat work and pressing memory 2 button on the door panel does nothing also. If the fuse is ok, what else do I look for?

Driver's heated seat does not work but the lights for it, both high and lo settings are blinking bright and dim, even with the vehicle turned off. Looked at the fuse panel under the seat, and found out there is a circuit breaker for the seats. Is it normal for the panel to be hot?
Memory buttons 1 and 2 do move the steering wheel.
Passenger seat works fine.
